Our Mission
Salt & Light is a biblical phrase that describes how we are called to make a difference in the world. Salt preserves and adds flavor, but it also has another powerful purpose. Certain types of salt are used in fertilizer to enrich soil and stimulate growth. In the same way, we are meant to enhance, uplift, and help others grow.
Light, on the other hand, pushes back darkness. It reveals what is hidden and brings warmth, clarity, and hope. When we choose to walk thoughtfully and intentionally as light, even the smallest acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day and gently transform their life.
At Salt & Light, we believe transformation happens both outwardly and inwardly. Our goal is not only for our guests to leave with amazing hair and nails, but also to leave feeling seen, valued, and cared for, and knowing they were treated with kindness, compassion, and love.
