Hi, I’m Anthony! With 15 years behind the chair, I’m passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. I specialize in vivid colors, custom hair color, precision haircuts for men and women, extensions, and formal styling. As a certified L'anza Advanced Colorist and Aquage Master in styling and haircutting, I focus on enhancing natural beauty with effortlessly polished, tailored looks. I love boosting confidence while also educating my clients on how to keep their hair healthy and beautiful at home. My goal is for you to feel relaxed in my chair and leave feeling excited, confident, and happy.

Fun fact: I’m a bit of a nerd — I love video games, working with computers, and spending time with my fiancé Tom and our dogs.

Hali McCollum

Hi, I’m Hali McCollum! I’ve been behind the chair for eight years, and I truly love what I do. Blonding and color corrections are my absolute favorite services — there’s nothing better than creating bold, beautiful, personalized color that still feels natural and completely you. I’m passionate about delivering stunning results while always prioritizing the health and integrity of your hair.

Some of my favorite moments in the salon are the meaningful conversations, the relaxing shampoo, and of course… the big reveal. I believe I’m not just your stylist — I’m also your friend. Creating a welcoming space where you feel heard, comfortable, and confident is just as important to me as the final result.

I love being part of the Salt & Light family because of our fun-loving environment and the strong sense of community we share. When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me helping out at my church or spending time with my friends and family. And a fun fact about me — I have a twin sister!

Linzy Barber

Hi, I’m Linzy Barber, and I’ve been behind the chair for 15 years specializing in blonding and extensions. I’m passionate about creating beautiful, dimensional blondes while maintaining the integrity and health of your hair. With advanced training in dry haircutting, advanced men’s haircutting, and certified in Babe Hair Extensions, I focus on delivering results that are both stunning and realistic. I believe in honest expectations, healthy hair, and making sure every client feels completely safe and confident in my chair.

There’s nothing better than seeing someone leave feeling better than when they walked in. My vibe? Blonde, a little dark humor, and always honest. And as a joke — I always say my favorite clients are the ones with money and man problems. 😉 When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually busy being a mom and keeping up with my daughter, Sheena — but when I find a little extra time, I love baking.

Tina Widmann

Hi, I’m Tina Widmann, and I’ve been a stylist since May of 1995. With over 31 years in the beauty industry, I’m passionate about creating beautiful results while building lasting relationships with my clients. I specialize in curly hair, long layered cuts, highlights and lowlights, men’s cuts, and color balancing. I take pride in truly listening and delivering exactly what my clients are asking for.  Building trust is important to me — I want you to feel confident knowing you’re in experienced, caring hands. I also hold a cosmetology teaching license, which reflects my dedication to the craft and continued growth in our industry.

Outside the salon, I love motorcycles, NASCAR, concerts, monthly trips to Universal Orlando, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. I can’t wait to welcome you to my chair!

Karin Stewart

Hi, I’m Karin, and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 30 years. I specialize in perms, haircuts, and color, and I’ve spent my career helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. Before joining the team here, I was the owner of Blue Line Hair Studio for 10 years, but I retired from ownership to return to what I love most — being behind the chair and connecting with my clients. I truly enjoy catching up with everyone and making them feel their best.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m all about family time with my five daughters and two granddaughters. I also love hitting the open road on my motorcycle whenever I get the chance.

Hi, I’m Francisco, and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 40 years. I specialize in blonding, haircuts, formal styles, and men’s haircuts, with a passion for making every client feel beautiful. My favorite transformations are blondes — there’s nothing like that perfect, radiant look. I’ve had the honor of winning multiple formal hairstyling competitions over the years, but what I truly love most is seeing the smile on my clients’ faces when they leave the salon feeling confident and happy.

I’m a goofy, fun-loving stylist who loves to dance, and you’ll often find me at dance nights a few times a week. I also enjoy Judo, and fun fact — I used to be a jockey! When I’m not in the salon, I love spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Margie Santucci-Rooney

Hi, I’m Margie, and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 40 years. I specialize in beautiful blowouts and men’s haircuts, with a love for creating timeless, classic styles that never go out of fashion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with professional brands like Wella, Redken, Clairol, and Schwarzkopf, and I’ve spent many years perfecting perms and traditional techniques that build the foundation of great hair. Some may call me a bit of a spitfire — though I’ve calmed down with age (haha!) — but what I truly love most is being in the salon, working alongside the younger stylists and learning the newest trends from them. My clients mean the world to me. Many have become lifelong friends, and I want every person in my chair to feel loved, comfortable, and truly beautiful.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me planting flowers, tending to my herb garden, cooking, singing in my church choir, or spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Brooke — a Nail Technician with over 25 years of experience and a true love for creating beautiful, healthy nails.

I specialize in gel manicures and pedicures designed to enhance the natural nail while maintaining its strength and integrity. I also adore nail art and exploring new techniques — whether it’s something timeless and elegant or fresh and creative, I love bringing your vision to life.

Nail health is at the heart of everything I do. I choose to hand file rather than use e-files because it allows me to work gently and intentionally, protecting the natural nail and creating a more controlled, detailed finish. This thoughtful approach helps ensure your nails remain strong, healthy, and beautifully maintained.

For pedicures, I use a traditional copper bowl without jets. Jetless bowls are more sanitary and easier to fully disinfect, providing a cleaner, safer experience. Copper also has natural antimicrobial properties, adding an extra layer of cleanliness while creating a warm, soothing soak that helps you truly unwind.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me cooking, caring for my growing collection of houseplants, or spending time at home with my husband, our two daughters, and our many beloved animals. Creating beautiful spaces — whether in nature, at home, or through nail artistry — is truly what brings me joy.

My goal is always for you to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident — with nails that feel just as healthy as they look beautiful.

I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair.

Hi, I’m Olivia, but everyone calls me Liv! I’m currently a student in beauty school and have been a shampoo assistant for a year while finishing high school. I love helping our clients feel relaxed and cared for, whether it’s prepping for a blowout, color, or haircuts. I’m kind, funny, and outgoing, and I really enjoy working alongside our talented stylists while learning everything I can. One of my favorite parts of the job is chatting with clients and seeing them leave happy and confident.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me at the beach or spending time with my family and friends.
